If you are not yet our client, we are happy to provide you with a clear second opinion at no charge and with no strings attached. We will also never use fear or pressure tactics to convince you to become our client.

 

Once you become our client:

 

1) We will always provide our honest opinion as to what is best for you – not what will bring us the most fees

 

2) We will let you know all of the options that are available to you and will let you know in writing if new options become available or if your case materially changes in some way

 

3) We will work with you to find a fee structure and payment plan that fits your budget and cash flow so that you can access legal services

 

4) We will treat you like family and not just another client – we’ll be engaged and will take care of your interests as if they were our very own

 

5) We will bill you fairly – you will not pay for most administrative support and small items

 

6) We will take the time to learn about you and your business to uncover the facts and issues that are important in your case

 

7) We will be proactive in the management of your file to avoid any unnecessary delays

 

8) We will never provide any information to the CRA which you do not authorize

 

9) We will always make time for you to speak to a partner regarding any question or concern you may have. We have an open-door policy
